About Us

Meet Oda and Ekaterina, the founders behind Resilient Mind. Together, we bring decades of experience in mental health, leadership development, and creating spaces for meaningful growth.

We founded Resilient Mind with a shared vision: to create a world where mental well-being and high performance go hand in hand. Our approach combines evidence-based practices with deep human understanding.

Through years of working with individuals and organizations, we've learned that true resilience comes not from pushing through, but from developing the insight and tools to navigate life's challenges with grace and wisdom.

Oda Buholt

I am a clinical psychologist with broad experience from clinical practice and a strong commitment to psychological prevention and communication. I believe that genuine well-being stems from self-understanding, recognizing one’s needs, managing emotions effectively, and cultivating everyday resilience. Through lectures, workshops, and individual consultations, I aim to make psychological insight both accessible and applicable for individuals and organizations. My goal is to support people in developing a deeper awareness of themselves and identifying what truly enables them to perform and live in alignment with their values.

Ekaterina Yurchenko

Ekaterina is a serial entrepreneur, startup ecosystem builder, and former athlete. She currently runs a walk-and-talk podcast about entrepreneurs, where she invites founders to share their experiences in a relaxed outdoor setting. One of the core themes is how to build with ambition and for the long run. Ekaterina is passionate about the entrepreneurial mindset, personal traits, longevity, and well-being — and how to combine these with high ambitions. After more than 100 walk-and-talks with founders across Europe, a clear pattern has emerged: it’s all about creating your own supportive system.
